Association Board Meeting

President Runyon called the meeting to order.
Present:
Sandy Runyon, John DiPierro, Jerry Child, Walter Purda, Jim MacLeod, Bob Smith,
Stan Giguere, Paul Saccoccia and Norm Kalloch.

Runyon stated that if Walter Purda was elected president he had the option of
remaining a director as well or passing the position along to a new person by
the action of the board until the next annual meeting.
John
DiPierro reviewed the status of keys and locks.
John submitted his report that will be included in the annual meeting
minutes. Surplus keys were given to Walter to be made available for sale at the
annual meeting.
A brief
discussion of the two lock situation on the Mountain and Middle Road gates.
John DiPierro had called Dirigo’s Chris White relative to locks and keys, but
there has been no reply since his conversation. President Runyon was under the
impression that once Dirigo completed their initial logging the gates would
revert back to the CPA lock. Sandy asked Walter and Jerry to contact Dirigo in
an attempt to resolve the situation.
Norm Kalloch
will contact Petr Bryant about reissuing ATV permits for the Carry Ponds
Association roads. Current permits expire
in the spring of 2017.
