Present: Sandy Runyon, Wanda Calder, Jim MacLeod, Larry
Stowell, Jerry Child, Norm Kalloch, Juddy Calder
Sandy Runyon called meeting to order at 9:40am.
The 2015 roadwork bills for east and west areas were
reviewed, followed by a discussion of the road improvements made with the
current year’s expenditures.
Jerry Child agreed to continue to serve as CPA roadwork coordinator
for the East working with Stan Giguere and Charlie Rollins.
The officers and directors agreed that Jim MacLeod serve as
Road Commissioner for the West. It was noted
Jim’s desire to help the CPA and in particular his interest in maintaining the CPA
road system. Sandy will contact Leo Beane
and let him know of this change.
Jerry Child reported that he had talked to Tom Dickson, Jr. about the continued use of the Middle Carry boat launch if/when he sells the property. Mr. Dickson told Jerry, that in such an event he would grant the CPA an easement for continued use of the present boat launch. The board appreciates Tom's willingness to provide continued access to Middle Carry Pond.

There was a brief discussion relative to landowner dues as
it relates to the sale of properties; whether or not a new owner should pay the
current year CPA dues, if the prior owner had already paid them. The discussion revolved around whether dues
collected were for CPA membership, or considered a road assessment fee. This item was tabled until it was determined
if there was to be a change to the structure of the organization.
Sandy reported that he had contacted Joseph Abbiati
concerning past due road dues. The issue
remains unresolved.
